Purpose:
It is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers, especially for polyether polyols, synthetic rubber and petroleum products. SONOX 1135 offers both excellent antioxidant properties and the convenience of a liquid additive that can be pumped for easy use and effective mixing. The low volatility and liquid state of SONOX1135 makes it particularly suitable for use in single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer manufacturing processes. It is easily emulsifiable and can be added during processing to dissolve, disperse or remain purely liquid. It can be added before, during and after polymerization. The usual recommended dosage of SONOX 1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%.
Packaging and storage:
It is packed in galvanized iron drums with nitrogen seal, the net weight of each drum is 180kg, and it can be designed according to customers' requirements. It is stored in a dry and cool environment according to the general chemicals, and the storage period is 24 months from the date of production.
