Purpose:
It is an efficient asymmetric hindered phenolic antioxidant, which can protect the material from thermal oxidative degradation during production, processing and end use. It is characterized by high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, good oxidative coloration resistance, significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (e.g. thioester or phosphite), and excellent weathering properties when used in combination with light stabilizers. In addition to imparting thermal stability to the polymer end product, SONOX 245 has a chain termination effect in the PVC polymerization process. In addition, it has no effect on polymer reaction and can be added to monomer before polymerization when used in high impact polystyrene and PVC. The general dosage is 0.05% to 1.0%.
Packaging and storage:
It is packed in heavy bags, paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag (box), and can also be designed according to customers' requirements. It is stored in a dry and cool environment according to general chemicals, and the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
