Purpose:
As a nucleating agent for stiffening and toughening, the main function of this product is to refine the crystal size of the polymer, regulate the crystallization behavior of the polymer and increase its crystallization temperature, which can effectively improve the rigidity and toughness of its products, give the polymer excellent rigidity and toughness balance, reduce the shrinkage and deformation rate, improve the dimensional stability and heat deformation temperature, and also reduce the haze and improve the transparency of the products. It can be widely used in homopolymer polypropylene, random and impact copolymer polypropylene and polypropylene packaging containers, automotive parts, appliance shells. The general dosage is 0.25‰~1.0‰.
Packaging and storage:
It is packed in heavy bags, paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 10kg per bag (box), and can also be designed according to customers' requirements. It is stored in a dry and cool environment according to general chemicals, and the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
