Butyl isoprene rubber was chosen as the main raw material, and their effects on rubber high and low temperature performance, aging resistance and pressure resistance were analyzed from three aspects: reinforcement system, vulcanization system and plasticizer. The combination of carbon black with small particle size and high structure and fumed silica can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the rubber. Under a certain temperature planning, the forward heating temperature can enhance the carbonization effect on the surface of rubber particles, thus promoting the reaction between the surface of rubber particles and asphalt. In addition, the sulfur content of the forward mix is 0.8% ~ 1.3%, which makes the vulcanized rubber have better high and low temperature performance and better aging resistance. The plasticizer can effectively adjust the hardness and pressure resistance of the rubber.
